Printing Binder(EM-35)
1.) General Description
This is new model of eco-friendly binder made up of acrylic ester with viscous liquid appearance. It is 100% active and multi-functional self-cross linking agent. This binder has a good performance in color fixing, friction, soaping and color brightening, with good heat stability and mechanical stability. It is added to a watery acrylic acid emulsion or polyurethane dispersion solution, having resistance to water, chemicals and high temperature. And its adhesive force on a special bottom material will have obvious improvement. This binder is suitable for using together with thickener to attain printing viscosity. It is better to use in flat screen printing and rotary screen printing.

3) Property and Features
1. Good performance in color fixing, friction, soaping and color brightening.
2. Color fixing can be done in low temperature, yet capacity of color fixing is stronger after high temperature bake treatment.
3. Goo color yield, unique bright in color.
4. High penetrability towards screen, no friction, not sticky to scraper.
4)Usage
This is the formula of prepared paste, directly used in printing. The dosage of thickener should be adjusted according to final printing formula, composition, printing conditions and application situation.

Printing color paste is usually mixture of prepared paste, pigment and printing binder. It will need to add other additive agent, such as activator, crosslinking agent, softening agent, etc. based on requirement of printing. Addition to advanced processing conditions, printing color fixing has close relation with the proportion between binder and pigment. According to types of textile and requirement of final printing, please make sure PH value of printing paste higher than 7.5, and its viscosity between 1000-20000CPS.

Try to use it within six months.
