Reactive printing thickener EM-620
General Description
EM-620 printing thickener for reactive dyes is high molecular polymer with couples of carboxyl. It is kind of anionic synthetically thickener which is applied to reactive dyes textile printing.EM-620 can take place of other kinds of printing paste, like sodium alginate. Owing to its unique feature of hypertonicity,EM-610 is the most suitable for decorative fabrics printing.

Properties and characteristics:
1. It is a kind of efficient reactive printing thickener in high concentration. No Alkylphenol (APEO) compound is contained.
2. Applicable for printing on cotton, rayon, polyester and knitted fabrics.
3. Applicable for different printing technique on flat screen and rotary screen, roller etc.
4. Excellent fluid property enables it to be easy in use and free from choking problem
5. Ideal printing results with sharp outline, levelness, color yield and brightness.
6. Good wash-off property.
7. An ideal substitution at low cost for sodium alginate
Recommended dosage:
3%-5.0%, depending on dosage of dyes and other additives used together and appropriate viscosity normally required for printing.
Package:
50kg/125kg net in plastic drum.
Notes:
1. Keep in ventilated, cool and dry place with temperature under 40°C.
2. Don’t keep it in containers made of soft steel, copper, aluminum or in rusty containers.
3. Keep away from water during storage.
4. Stir well before use.
