Description:

Scandia is good for small and medium-sized sauna rooms (good for 3-6 persons). It has a robust body and increased stone capacity as it can hold 18 to 22kg stones. Like the Mini, it is available either with built-in control units or separate control panels. Available in 3kW, 4.5kW, 6kW, 8kW and 9kW. Scandia Professional is an electric heater designed with special heating elements suited for frequently used sauna rooms. Available in 6kW.

Remark:

1. Can an electric heater cause electric shock?

Electric heaters are safe to use when installed correctly. That is why a qualified electrician must do the installation. All our heaters are tested before delivery and have passed the electrical safety standards.

2. What is the correct bathing temperature in a sauna?

The recommended temperature is from 60-90 degrees celcius but the bather can enjoy the sauna according to his preference.

3. How long does it take for a sauna to reach operating temperature?

If the walls and ceiling are properly insulated, the room will reach operating temperature less than an hour. It is recommended that vents and doors be closed during the warm up period.
