What is a Ceramic Egg Barbecue and what are they used for?
The concept of a ceramic grill was first introduced over 3,000 years ago in Asia. Some of the oldest clay cooking vessels have been found in China, and eventually the clay was replaced by ceramics. The modern concept of a Ceramic Egg Barbecue was first introduced in the USA after the Second World War. The name "kamado" is, in fact, the Japanese word for "stove" or "cooking range". Dual-disc, cast-iron vent system lets you fine-tune temps
Ceramic Egg Barbecue features a unique, dual-disc top vent. The top disc (daisy wheel) is used for low-temperature cooking, while the bottom disc is used for grilling, baking, roasting and searing. This system gives you exceptional temperature control.

Because lump charcoal produces less ash than charcoal briquettes, you’ll have considerably less cleanup with Kamado. Plus, unburned lump charcoal can be reignited the next time you use your grill.

How to use a Ceramic Egg Barbecue? Follow Me!!!
1. Prepare appropriate amount of charcoal and a fire starter, then lighting the charcoal. The charcoal will be lighted within ten minutes.
2. Put your cooking grid on the top of the fire ring, keep the top and bottom vent opend, to make sure the concrete bbq grill are well ventilated.
3. About ten minutes later, put your food on the cooking grid, take care of the inside temperature of the grill, make some adjustment according to the thermometer.
4. Few minutes later, the food will be well cooked.
