Sipuxin Agitator blending tank mixers
Main composition:
The vacuum emulsifying mixer is mainly composed of oil tank, water tank, emulsifying tank, vacuum system, heating system, lifting system, operation platform, control system etc. It is the most applicable cream equipment for produce high grade skin care products.
Performances and features:
1. The triple mixing adopts the the imported frequency converter for speed adjustment, which can meet different technological demands.
2. The homogenizing structure made through German technology, sealing performance adopts imported double-end mechanical, the mixing speed can reach 3500Rpm, and the highest shearing fineness can reach 0.2-0.5um.
3. The vacuum defoaming function ensure product to meet the requirement of the being aseptic, and avoid pollution come into the mixing tank.
4. Lifting system to ensure easy cleaning and high-efficiency cleaning, product discharge can be bottom discharge or tilting discharge.
5. 3 layers welding stainless steel, which is above 300 mesh polishing and up to GMP standard.
6. International brand main parts to ensure smooth and durable production.
7. Fast-cutting vortex emulsification blender is used in the homogeneity part, which can scrape in a low speed and automatically blend and snuggle up to the bottom and wall of boiler.

We usually pay by T/T, 40% deposit after sales confirmation, 60%before delivery.
