System makes closed-loop control of servo motorsthrough the programmable logic controller Professional from German company Siemens, using advanced affinity human-machine interface system to achieve human-computer dialogue. Host controls process label transmission speed up to 0.01 m / min , rather than the general machine's 1 m / min. whereas in terms of speed, this machine uses Panasonic 750W high power ultra-small inertia servo motor, speed can be adjusted to a wide range between 0.5 to 40 m / min to suit the customer's production speed, so as to achieve true high-speed labeling.
