SPX filling machine series are designed to dispense medium-thickness to high thickness products with small or medium filling volume, especially suitable for low viscous proudct, such as shampoo, liquid detergent, soft drink, liquid medicine etc., it is widely used in chemical, cosmetic, food, pharmaceutical industries.
It is applied in such industries as daily chemical industry , pharmacy, food and pesticide etc. The semi-automatic piston type filling machine (full-pneumatic)is a new generation product developed on the basis of the original electric combined machines . It adopts pneumatic components to replacethe electric control circuit .
Therefore , it is especially suitable for use in damp conditions or conditions or conditions with explosion-proof requirements .
The parts of our SPX series products that contact materials are all made of imported 316 stainless steel and are machined through CNC machine tools with the surface roughness lower than 0.8.
1. The filling machine is controlled by compressed air, so they are suitable in esplosion-resistant or moist environments.
2.With pneumatic controls and mechanical positioning, this machine is with very high precisive filling.
3. The filling volume is adjusted by hand wheel, which provides ease of adjustment and allows the operator to read teh real-time filling volume on the counter.
4.When you need to stop the machine in an emergency, push the urgent buttom, the piston will go back to its initial location and the filling will be stopped immediately.
5. Two filling modes for your option: manual or automatic.
6. Filling precision: < ± 1%
7. Filling speed: 10-40 bottles /min.
