Production Description:
It contains two system equipments:RO + EDI system and Hot water sanitation pure water system.
RO + EDI system
EDI device belongs to fine treatment water system and usually used with reverse osmosis(RO) to constitute the ultrapure water treatment system with pretreatment, reverse osmosis and EDI devices. EDI device has replaced the mixed ion-exchange unit in traditional water treatment technology field. EDI device requires the resistivity of water to 0.025-0.05MΩ.cm and the reverse osmosis device can completely meet the requirements. EDI device can produce ultrapure water with resistivity above 15MΩ.cm.
Hot water sanitation pure water system
Pure water system requirements:
The water quality meets all provisions of China pharmacopoeia standard and FDA standard;
Automatic operation and conditional automatic processing program (such as back flush, regeneration, acid-washing and sanitation procedures);
Monomer and looping meet GMP requirements (like final device: sterilizer, membrane filtration, terminal water tank and pipeline adopt the 316L material and the pretreatment pipeline adopts SUS304 material).
Pure water quality standards
Conductivity ≤0.5 us/cm
TOC ≤200 ppd
Microorganism ≤ 20 cfu/ml.
