Sipuxin-Automatic stainless steel filling machine
Automatic linear viscous piston filling machine is an extremely flexible filler capable of filling accurately and rapidly any viscosity liquids. Product delivery from your bulk tank to the pistons can be configured with a buffer tank utilizing a level-sensing float, a manifold with direct draw, or recirculation methods.
1. Adopt volumetric injection pump to fill high precision, also various viscosity liquidd, easy knock-down pump structure,coninent to clean and sterilize.
2. The piston ring of volumetric injection pump use different material of silicone, plyflon or other kinds according to liquid characteristic, use cerrramic pump inspecial industry.
3. PLC control systom, frequency conversion adjusting speed, high degree automatization, no bottle, no fill,auto count the quantity.
4. Filling system has the function of shrinking, no drop leak, bottom diving fill, no foam.
5. Applicable to various sizes of container, easy adjusting, short time cost.
6. The whole cream/paste filling machine is designed according to requirement of GMP.
