Q1: Can you provide me your products catalogue?
A1: We have thousands of products, including garden decoration,metal crafts,home decoration,garden furniture,holiday gifts and decoration. Please kindly tell me which kind
of items you prefer to and provide me more information. Then I can recommend to you
accordingly.
Q2: How to do if I can’t reach your minimum order quantity or a full container ?
A2: We suggest you asking whether the products are in stock if you can’t reach our MOQ. Meanwhile, usually it will cause extra $350 handling charge if shipment is less than $8000.
Q3: Can you help me make my own design? How about the sample fee and sample time?
A3: Sure. we can made OEM and ODM items for you as long as you can tell us your idea or provide pictures. Sample time is about 7-10 days. Sample fee is charged according to your design. The sample fee would be returned after order placed.
Q4: How about your quality guarantee?
A4: We have QCs tracking production process in a timely manner to guarantee quality. We’re 100% responsible for the damage of full container goods if it’s caused by our improper package.
