If order value less than 10,000USD, we should get 100% payment before production; If order value more than 10,000USD, we accept 30% deposit before production and the balance should be paid off before delivery. |

Warranty Policy |

We provide one-year warranty for CCTV Cameras and DVRs after the shipment date. Any product proves defective under normal usage, we will repair or replace it by free of charge. 1. If our customers could repair the products by themselves locally, we will supply necessary spare parts. 2. If the customers couldn't repair the products, the products will need to be sent back to us, and we repair and bear 50% freight charge. All of our products are 100% passed strictly quality inspection before delivery. |
