DTNX-60Y Eye-drop Filling and Capping Production line with Uncramble
This eye drop bottle filling and capping machine includes the turn table feeding bottle, automatic filling, automatic feeding dropper, automatic feeding caps,capping,labelling and bottle collection table.

Woking principle:
This production consists of bottle feeding table,peristaltic pump filling,Mechanical hand feeding dropper, Mechanical hand feeding cap and servo pre-capping, ,final servo capping, labelling and bottle collection table.
1. Bottle inlet:Operator place the empty bottles on the feeding table,conveyor will bring bottle into main machine.
2. Detection: The photoelectric sensor detect if there is empty bottle in star wheel and give the signal to the PCL in order to control the no bottle no filling function.
3. Filling: If the sensor detect the empty bottles, the PLC will control the pump and fill material into the bottles.
4. Feeding dopper:Mechanical hands pick and place the dropper to the bottle
5. Detect dropper: Sensor detects if droppers is on the bottle or not
6. Feeding caps: If dropper is on the bottle mechanical hands pick and place the caps to the bottle, at same time servo motor doing the pre-capping.
7. Detect cap: Sensor detects if caps is on the bottle or not.
8. Capping: Final capping by servo motor which can control the capping speed and capping torsion to ensure high capping quality and no harm to the caps.
9. Bottle outlet: Finished production walk out of the star wheel.
10. Labelling: Bottles walk into labelling station and finish the labelling progress
11. Bottle collection: Finished bottles finally stay on the bottle collection table.
Terms and Conditions:
Payment: 30%TT in advance, 70%TT before machine ship out;
Delivery time: around 60 days to leave our factory after advance payment and samples
Warranty: one year after shipment.
