Chung Jen International Co., Ltd, former company name of Chung Jen Emblem Co.,Ltd was established in 1987, specializing in manufacturing copper, iron products. In 1991, as the pioneer, who brought zamac material into gifts and premium field and developed zamac injection for adding variety on production range with more value and became a leader in this field.
Chung Jen set up R&D department in 1999. The fist launched trolley coin keychains used in Europe, which gained praises from the world’s buyers and respects from peers and was also the beginning of our ODM service. Furthermore, combined movable pin is our another famous product. Since 2000, Chung Jen has been become designated supplier by Disney, Coca-Cola and Hugo Boss as well as contracted for Sydney Olympics, Athens Olympics, the World Cup and other major international sport events.Following market trends, we created our own brand “ONLYGO” in 2006. And then in 2008, JELIKU, the innovative educational product was launched and not only obtained patents in multi-nations and China but also got international buyers’ favor in trade shows. Expanded in 2010 in response to business and R&D department needs, we moved to the commercial office building, located at Zhonghe District, New Taipei City, Taiwan, for providing empolyees a large professional office space and a more comfortable enviroment for clients to discuss business.
Due to demand and change in market, in 2013, the additional plastic injection production lines, use combination of different materials to create a wider range of products, reduce cost to meet clients need. HISTORY
1987
Chung Jen Emblem Co., Ltd. was established specializing in manufacturing hard enamel, soft enamel badges and so on.Iron and copper were master stream at that time. Those materials only can be manufacturing by stamping, which takes long lead time, high cost and has its limitation on performance customer’s demand.Therefore, Mr. Chen had been constantly developing on new technique to break through bottleneck.
1991
Zamac (zinc alloy) injection had been developed and gradually applied in manufacturing with more variety on design and higher valued products. Eventually, traditional stamping was replaced by zamac injection. Meanwhile, we aggressively expanded business toward Europe, America, Asia, etc focusing on developing, manufacturing, trading of gifts & premiums. Our product rang includes badges, medals, keychains, carabiners, hardware parts, and so on.
1995
Due to increasing labor cost in Taiwan, we decided to transfer to mainland China after many times of careful estimation in China.We established our new factory in Shi Shi City, Fujian Province, where is near to Xiamen port and has advantage of convenient and speedy transportation.
Fei Hong Five Metals Wares Co., Ltd. is our newly factory in China, which is professional manufacturer & OEM on zamac products including badges, ornaments, medals, keychains, carabiners, hardware parts, bottle openers, bag hangers, metal plaques, metal photo frames, belt buckles, cufflinks, necklaces, bracelets, paper weights, golf divot tools, mobile phone straps, tie clips, souvenir coins, ashtrays, money clips, letter openers, metal parts and related products.
1999
By the way of more business opportunities with buyers from the world and exchanging technology with them, we knew better customers demand in international market. Therefore, besides OEM products, we set up R & D department. Our first original design was coin trolley keychain used in supermarket trolley and obtained patented right as well. This patented right product gained acclaim from buyers and peer industry at the international fairs.
Besides manufacturing badges and coin keychains, we started making functional and assemble badges. It brought us the orders of Olympic Games Sydney in 2000 as well as relative product of Disney theme park.
2000~2006
Due to growing trading between mainland China and Taiwan, ordering and manufacturing in Taiwan was gradually transferred to ordering in Taiwan, manufacturing in China, and shipping from HK. Following the trend, our shipping agency was established in HK accordingly.We became Disney audited factory, which gained more confidence from buyers to Fei Hong factory.We also enforced education training of employee mission and working safety by more efficient decentralized management.Due to high potentiality in China market, we established a branch office in Shanghai, the city of China’s international trade center in order to make more business opportunity.For meeting growing order amount, Fai Hong Factory was removed into bigger area, Qian Pu Long Shan Industrial Park Yong Ning Country,ShiShiCity.In this new bigger factory, we have workshops, offices, dormitories, and well equipped facility; it was managed by rich-experienced leader team for ensuring high quality products.
2008
Across different industrial fields, we applied current zamac technology to different material products.We combined different industries and devoted in researching and developing new product.The prototype of our newly product,Jeliku, was gained great response when it’s done.
2009
New developed product, Jeliku, was come into the market and been applying patent right globally.
2010
