Product Feature
PTT is the short called for Polytrimethyleneterephthalate, and an aromatic polymeride. It is a new chemical fiber developed by The Shell and Dupont. PTT fiber is a kind of high elasticity fiber, and have the advantages of nylon, acrylic and polyester.
1. Soft hand feel, and have the good elastic resilience, which is not owned by other fiber;
2. Anti-static, make fabric skin-friendly and keep warm.
3. Adopt disperse dyes for normal temperature dyeing and printing, and have excellent color fastness, low cost for dying(the dyeing is same to dye acrylic, only different for the dye ). Scribbled could do one bath dyeing, for the PH value for PTT is 3.6-9, very wide.
4. Good spinnability , can be blending with wool, cotton, viscose etc. and some other chemical fiber. The reasonable proportion according to the different requirement of fabric, all can get the ideal effect. After PTT fiber spinning to yarn, it could be made out to high-grade blanket , carpet, and all kinds of sweater, stretch shirt, cap , scarf by the warp knitting, weft knitting and loom production process. The fabric is soft feel, high resilience, lint free, no pilling.
