Design(building codes)
Generally, we design as per Australian Building Codes, or European Standards, but we can
also design as per customer’s requirements.
Difference of ss304 and ss316
First s.s.316 and s.s.304 looks same from appearance. But, ss 316 has more nickel content
than ss 304, which improves its corrosion resistance, especially ss 316 is more resistance to
pitting corrosion by chloride ion. Generally, ss316 is used for outdoor of sea side building. If
it is for other places, s.s.304 is good enough.

Tempered glass is four to five times stronger than standard glass and does not break into sharp shards
when it fails.
Laminated glass sandwiches a sheet of plastic between two panels of glass. When it breaks, the glass
panels stick to the plastic film, rather than falling away to possibly injure the driver or other passengers.
Installation Tools
To save your time and cost, all of our products are designed to be installed by screws, NO
NEED WELDING. Drawings and photos will be provided for guidance of installation.
Packing:
To protect the goods, we pack the goods at least three layers. The first layer is film, the second is carton or woven bag, the third is carton or plywood case.
1. Glass: plywood box
2. fittings: covered by pearl cotton independently, put in carton box, and packed 4-6 boxes in a big carton.
3. Tubes as handrail and wire: covered by pearl cotton and bubble firm, enswathed with fiber belt.
4. Other components: covered by bubble firm bag, packing in carton.
