INSET STEEL CABINET Choice of Pull Styles Flush Full width pulls are standard. Optional pulls in a variety of styles are also available. Adjustable Shelf Height Shelf height is adjustable in half inch Increments over the full height of the cabinet for the most flexibility in the industry.
Wrap Around Cabinet Body Construction The sides, back and outside corner posts of each cabinet are made from one sheet of 18-gauge cold rolled steel to provide maximum strength and eliminate the need for an applied finished back. Double Corner Posts at All Four Corners Double corner posts are used to further enhance the strength and durability of each cabinet. They provide the load bearing capacity to handle the heaviest laboratory equipment. Powder Coating Powder paint ours SEFA 8 tested Akzo Nobel Interpon powder coating provides reliable chemical and abrasion resistance. Select from many colors. |
STEEL FINISH |
Environmentally friendly, electronically applied powder coat finish Laboratory grade formulation meets all SEFA 8 chemical requirements. 1. Metal preparation prior to application of finish, consisting of multiple-step process: l Cleaner/phosphate spray l Water rinse l Passivating sealant spray 2. Parts to be dried at elevated temperatures and cooled prior to application of finish; finish to be applied in powder form, electrostatically charged, to all interior and exterior channel surfaces to an average thickness of 1.5 mils; immediately after application, coated surfaces to be baked in high temperature, continuous ovens to provide uniform curing for abrasion and chemical resistance as required for service in laboratory environment. |
