The large piling yards with stable material supple could adopt fixed loading and piling equipment. The piling equipment adopted in some temporary piling yard has low efficiency. Small grain material could not be piled to a certain height, meanwhile it may cause high risks. While pile big grain material, the mobile piling equipment may roll on the material, breaking material structure, which finally contributes to financial loss.  The simple piling equipment on current market has below disadvantages:

Low piling efficiency, little pilling height and non-applicable in dust. Compared with them, our equipment has following advantages: Wide application: this equipment is adoptable for many kinds of material, with a piling speed of 600M3/hour.

Flexible application: no fixing facility in the port is needed, nor port facility expansion is needed. When it is not used, all mobile parts and units could be uninstalled, causing little influence to port operation. It could be used for piling at any position of the yard, for the sake of making full use yard. In addition, the equipment could be moved to other place easily, which increase the availability of equipment.

Scientific design: the loading unit has a stabilizing function, guaranteeing continuous, average, stable material supple. The whole system has achieved environmental friendly piling standing. Both application of hydraulic pressure pulling support and pushing support could adjust the piling arm to the lowest position, reducing piling distance. When dusty material is loaded, the loading part unit would change to a sealing unit with a rubber cover. It could equip with soft tube and adjustable steel frame to reduce dust. A cloth cover could be added to piling unit. Meanwhile this equipment could be set in any position of the port and the long stretch arm has enable large area piling and high piling speed.

System integrity: the mobilized loading equipment has contributed to high unloading speed of trucks, increasing transporting speed. The power connection and mobile power generator has provide its adaptability to different environments. For example, covers could be provided for dusty material and de-ironing separator could be provided when there is iron in material.

Investment profitability: when the original equipment could not meet the requirements of piling new material, when the yard operation ability needs improvement, when there are different kinds of goods piling in yard, the mobile piling equipment is the best choice. The independence of mobile piling equipment could enable its mobility after piling or yard rent ends. In addition, it could be sold, and the strong demand in the second hand market has ensure its residual value, which also reduce risks of investment.

System introduction

1. Mobile system: the mobile unit adopts self-driven system, tyres, axles, axlestree and hydraulic pressure motor in the driving equipment. The tyres chooses heavy truck tyres.

2. Conveying belt system: it’s composed of driving tube, directing tube, roller, conveying belt, cleaning unit, safety guard equipment,  tensioning equipment and metal framework etc..

3 Stretch arm adjusting system: it includes hydraulic pressure system and fixing frame. The hydraulic pressure system is installed between stretch arm and equipment mobile frame. It introduces 2 oil cylinder rollers for adjusting stretch arm. The arm could be adjust around 10°—25º horizontally.

4. Loading system: it could ensure material could be transported to conveying bell averagely.

5. Hydraulic control and hydraulic pressure station: it could provide support to mobility, oil cylinder roller support frame and pulling system’s adjustment, far-near adjustment and mobilization.

6. Electricity applicants: supported by power distribution, Hydraulic power section, control unit, lighting unit, signal display unit and safety signal protection. The mobile power generator could fulfill the power requirement of loading machine and other matched side equipment.
