The tyre mobile stacker could be applied for all kinds of blocky and granular material. It’s composed of mobile unit, loading unit, conveying belt unit, arm stretch unit, piling system, hydraulic pressure control system, driver ‘s room and electricity supply unit(mobile power generator or wire rolls). Its characteristics are: all units are installed on a mobile platform, which enable it move among piles of materials. It adopts tyres for heavy trucks; therefore it needs no fixed rails, which increase the availability of yard. Both loading unit and piling unit are integrated into 1 arm, fixed on a common platform, forming a integrated mobile piling equipment.
Main Features
1. Mobile system: the mobile unit adopts self-driven system, tyres, axles, axlestree and hydraulic pressure motor in the driving equipment. The tyres chooses heavy truck tyres.
2. Conveying belt system: it’s composed of driving tube, directing tube, roller, conveying belt, cleaning unit, safety guard equipment, tensioning equipment and metal framework etc..
3 Stretch arm adjusting system: it includes hydraulic pressure system and fixing frame. The hydraulic pressure system is installed between stretch arm and equipment mobile frame. It introduces 2 oil cylinder rollers for adjusting stretch arm. The arm could be adjust around 10°—25º horizontally.
4. Loading system: it could ensure material could be transported to conveying bell averagely.
5. Hydraulic control and hydraulic pressure station: it could provide support to mobility, oil cylinder roller support frame and pulling system’s adjustment, far-near adjustment and mobilization.
6. Electricity applicants: supported by power distribution, Hydraulic power section, control unit, lighting unit, signal display unit and safety signal protection. The mobile power generator could fulfill the power requirement of loading machine and other matched side equipment.

Flexible application:
no fixing facility in the port is needed, nor port facility expansion is needed. When it is not used, all mobile parts and units could be uninstalled, causing little influence to port operation
Scientific design
the loading unit has a stabilizing function, guaranteeing continuous, average, stable material supple. The whole system has achieved environmental friendly piling standing. Both application of hydraulic pressure pulling support and pushing support could adjust the piling arm to the lowest position, reducing piling distance.
System integrity
the mobilized loading equipment has contributed to high unloading speed of trucks, increasing transporting speed. The power connection and mobile power generator has provide its adaptability to different environments.
Investment profitability
when the original equipment could not meet the requirements of piling new material, when the yard operation ability needs improvement, when there are different kinds of goods piling in yard, the mobile piling equipment is the best choice.
There is supporting point in both front and end of the equipment. When the piling equipment is in the position and begins loading, the supporting points shall stretch out via oil cylinder roller for the sake of protecting tyres.
The conveying system is installed on the piling arm, connecting to loading unit and loading part of the belt. When material is loaded into conveying belting system, material shall be transported from conveying belt to vibration piling tube, which ensures continuous working of piling equipment.
In order the lower piling point and reduce collision between materials, adjustment could be made via 2 oil cylinder roller arm support frame or pulling roller, while the height of pilling could be determined by length of oil cylinder.
The mobilized piling equipment, vibration before roller or shaking cloth tube could make sure material are piled averagely in different position. The convenience provide by the mobility of equipment could ensure piling at any position.
