Overview:
1. Application
This automatic packing machine unit is specialized in the powder and granular, such ascrystal monosodium glutamate, wash clothes powder, condiment, coffee, milk powder, feed.
It is mainly for pre-made bag packing
2. Working Procedure
Total 8 working position as following:
1). Pouch conveyor feeding & pickup
2). Date Coding & Zipper Open Device (option)
3). Open the bottom of pouch
4). Pouch top opening
5). First filling position
6). Second filling position(option)
7). First sealing position
8). Second sealing position(cold seal) and Pouch feed out conveyor
Features:
1). Adopt advanced “Tanz” Indexing Gear Box Design;
2). Finger width adjustment could be made in touch screen;
3). Adopt a “Panasonic” PLC control system to control whole machine;
4). Adopt Germany “Piab” vacuum pump for pouch opening, reliable, lower noise and no maintenance, avoid the trouble and pollution in using a normal vacuum pump;
5). Adopt “Schneider” frequency inverter;
6). Adopt PID temperature controller;
7). Adopt colorful “Kinco” touch screen for operation control;
8). All “Telemerchaniq” and “Omron” electrical component;
9). All “SMC” and “AIRTAC” pneumatic parts;
10). Stainless Steel Construction, with safety door function;
11). With one year spare parts and tools kit with the main machine;
12). 3 corner of the machine have START and EMERGENCY stop, user friendly mechanical design;
13). Base frame table can be washed directly after daily work.
