1:What is your MOQ?

Usually our MOQ is50pcs for stock items ,mixed color and size is ok . But if you want to custom orders 500 pieces /color . Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders after checking quality of our products and know our service.

2:Can i get samples ?

Sure. We usually provide exsting sample for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs. Samples charge is refundasble when order is up to certain quantity. We usually send samples by FEDEX, UPS, TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge to our paypal, we will ship with our account. It takes about 10 days to reach.

3:How long is the samples lead time ?
Sample fee should be paid for our first cooperation,and it is refundable after u place order if qty up to MOQ.for our repeated clients,the sample will be for free.Is sample is simple,we have ready material in our sampling room,sample can offer for free also

4:How long is the production lead time ?
Regular time is 25-30 days,if qty is small or order too urgent,we will try to send to u earlier.in contrast,if qty too big,we will see the qty to make sure the delivery time

5:What format of the file do you need if i want my own design ?
We have our own designer in house. So you can provide JPG, AI, cdr or PDF, etc. if you have your own sample , that will be great !

6:How many colors are available ?
We match colors with Pantone Matching System with qty can reach the Material MOQ. So you can just tell us the Pantone color code you need . We will match the colors. Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.

7:What is your payment item ?

Regular way: TT advanced 30% deposit,TT 70% before shippment.U   may ask  QC to check the quality for assurance,then pay the balance to us

Small qty: U may pay by Western Union

Big qty: TT 30% deposit,70% irrevocable LC at sight,always for our big clients is available

8: What is the inspection step for production

Checking the material before material supplier offer us

Checking the logo plate before we printing or embrodier  logo

Checking the cut material swatch before start to produce

Checking every titching and procedure when producing
