Instruction
Fold the metal disc inside the pack, it will start crystallization.
when the crystallization is completed, it is ready to hot use. To recharge, please place hand warmer in boiling water with cloth. Prevent the pack from contacting the bottom of the pot. Heat it about 5 minutes or until the crystal is dissolved. It is reusable.
