DESCRIPTON:

INSTRUCTION:
- To activate:flex the metal disc,the pack will start crystallization and heat up to 55 degree.
To reuse:1.Wrap the hot pack in cloth; 2.Inmerse the heat pack into boil water for about 5 minutes until the crystal disolved.
Attention:the heat pack should not touch the bottom of the pot,or it will damaged.
