1. What is your MOQ ?
Usually our MOQ is 3000 pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order.
2. Can I get samples ?
Of course. We often provide existing sample for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs.
Sample charge will be refunded when order is up to certain quantity.
3. How long is the sample LEAD TIME?
For existing samples, it takes 1-3 days. They are free.
For your own designs(Customized samples), it takes 3-7 days.
4. How long is the production lead time?
It takes 15 days for MOQ.
5. How much is the freight charge?
For small quantity,we suggest to deliver by express.
For large quantity,we advise to deliver by sea.
6) How about the temperature resistant?
the heat resistant is 230 centigrade,if you want more degree,
we slao have other kind material can meet 300 centigrade.
7) Do you provide private label service?
yes,of course,we usually private label service,you just need send the AI artwork to us.
