Our factory located in Jiashan, Zhejiang and 30 employees with the building area of 1500 square meters. 

Product Description

SF1 Steel + Teflon(PTFE) self-lubricating bushing

Generally, it has 3~4 layers:

1.Outer suface plating: Sn, Cu, or Zn (For anti-corrision and rust)

2.Metal sheet (Base)

3.Bronze layer (As the glue between lubricating layer and metal sheet)

4.lubricating layer (PTFE, POM, Bronze, Graphite)
