Do you have a minimum quantity?

Minimum order quantity will depend on the product required. Bespoke items will usually require a larger order but please contact us for a more accurate quote.

How long does it normally take from order to Delivery?

Delivery time can vary significantly between product types. As a rough guide, our products can usually be turned around in approximately 12-16 weeks. Our regular produce lines can be delivered to you in around 30 days however new products will require a longer lead time.

Do you provide a rush service?

We will do all we can to help out with last minute emergencies. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Do you provide a sample product?

Please contact us if there is a product you would like us to source a sample of. If you are a new customer, we may require proforma payment for samples, which will be credited back to you, should an order later be placed.

Do i get discount for multiple order? 

We endeavour to be highly competitive on price and will be happy to discuss discounts for multiple and bulk orders.
