To guarantee smooth deliveries, we have devised a well-organized production process. Before production, sample drawings are created from which a mold is then developed.
Next, we submit the sample, along with its inspection sheet, for customer approval.
Once approved, we produce a sample batch in order to check for any flaws before mass production begins. As full production begins, QC inspections are conducted throughout manufacturing for quality assurance.
Drawings→ mould making →raw casting → sandblasting →rough machining or finish machining →surface treatment →product check→ packing →delivery.
