Assembled All-metal Long-distance Feeding Integrated E3D V6 Hotend Kit for 1.75mm Filament
Note: Please leave us message with your detailed need, or we'll send as the default package(0.4/1.75mm, 12V 40W, long distance). The PTFE feed tube showed in the picture is NOT included in the shipping list.
Nozzle size: 0.4mm. Please feel free to contact us if you need other sizes.
Heating pipe: 12V and 24V for option. Default shipping is 12V 40W.
For 1M NTC100K thermistor, the default shipping is with 2.54 pitch DuPont connector. Please let us know if you need the one without the connector.
Description:
The integrated hotend kit is integrated from different hotends' advantages, with two parts (feeding pipe and nozzle) in one. It can meet the high-quality, high-precision and high-volume 3D printing technology requirements. It supports not only the expert users' various printing needs, but also helps much for the beginners to experience the fun of 3D printing easily.
Features:
1. Simple but grand style design. Easy to be installed;
2. The pass-through design to increase withdrawing length, and to reduce defects drawing more than 95%; (In actual measurement, 4.5mm is commonly used as the withdrawing distance.)
3. All stainless steel body contributes much to the excellent heat insulation performance, and can effectively reduce material leakage defects;
4. The protruding design of the nozzle end contributes much to effectively reduce nozzle sticky material defects during printing process;
5. High-precision bore machining with PTFE tube almost put an end to the blockade; (Measured in the range of 190 degrees ~240 degrees, and no blockade happened in the16 hours of continuous printing of PLA filaments.)
6. The elongated fusing area can achieve high-volume and high-speed printing demand;
7. Two types of connections with the radiator-Φ7 cylinder and M7 threaded. The latest E3D V6, E3D Chimera and E3D Cyclops radiator and the square head heatsink can be equipped in this integrated hotend, meeting a full range installation requirements of different 3D printers.
