CREE COB becomes more and more welcome and practical in grow lighting, many growers succeeded to get amazing yields by using CREE COB for veg or bloom lighting, solo is equiped with 5000k CREE CXA 2540 COB for veg phase, 2540 is the most cost effective CREE COB with really high luminous efficiency comparing to other CXA or CXB series COB, of course we still have CREE CXB 3070 or CXB 3590  option for people to choose, just contact us for detail

Glass Optics Lens

As we know most led grow lights use PMMA optics lens for led chips, that's ok for 3w or 5w chips, as they don't produce much heat in certain small space, but for COB, the glass optics lens is essential, it is not only high temperature resistant but also have luminous transmittance rate of 97% which is higher than any other materials,  meanwhile it will maximize the PPFD of the COB because it's also a magnifier.

Q1. Can I have a sample order for led light?

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q2. What about the lead time?

A: Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 1-2 weeks.

Q3. Do you have any MOQ request ?

A: People could start with 1 piece for testing regular model, and we have MOQ request on customized product.

Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.

Q5. How to proceed an order ?

A: Please feel free to email us which item you're interested in and the quantity you may need, we will calculate the shipping cost for you, if all is ok, we will send you proforma invoice for your confirmation and payment, we will ship out the lights within 3 days after confirming your payment, and we will provide courier tracking number once available.

Q6. Is it OK to print my logo on led light product?

A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Q7. Do you offer guarantee for the products?

A: Yes, we offer 3 years warranty to our products.

Q8. How to deal with the faulty?

A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For
defective batch products, we will send you parts for replacement, as solo is very easy to fix, and all you need is a screw driver.
