Waffle Machine
Introduction:
The waffle machine which is Kehua company's product made in 2008. These machines are able to produce the soft waffle, capacity about 8.75tons/day. The waffle machine from Kehua company originates which in China has the fashion design, full automatic controlled and 8 kinds of chinese patents. It is successful since 2009 in production, and the feedback most are good and satisfied
Equipment require of waffle machine:
1. All the electrical materials for the waffle production line had used the electronics which meeting the CE requirement, and all the parts used the 304 stainless steel which touch the products except the baking plates.
2. The heat-insulatied door of baking oven choose 1.2mm thickness of sheet metal materials.
3. Air switches and contactors of all the machines choose Schneider brand.
4. Relay of machines choose OMRON brand.
5. Baking oven have safety warning devices.
6. Driving parts of machine are equipped with safety devices.

Production Process: Batter mixing----Batter putting averagely----waffle baking----cooling----packaging
(1)Batter mixing: 65L batter would been mixed by 3 minutes’ mixing with 25kg flours and 40kg water via the batter mixer.
(2)Batter putting: It will been putted the batter averagely and ration to the baking plates through the rotor pump of the oven.
(3)Waffle baking: The baking plates will been heated to the setting temperature through PLC automatic control system of the oven. So it can baking the good waffle averagely.
(4)Waffle cooling: Natural cooling can let the waffle more soft and tasty.
(5)Packaging: You can choose automatic package or manual package.
