Door-Type Wafer Sheet Cooler
Introduction:
This machine raises the wafer sheets to have natural cooling and to relieve heating stress applied on the wafer sheet, making the sheets cooled smoothly and breaking during baking process, so as to make the wafer biscuit not easy to broken but taste delicious
Main Function
1. Cooling machine is used for transpoting the wafer to the cream spreading machine through air-cooling environment .
2. This machine raises the wafer sheets to have natural cooling .
3. This macne relieves heat stress applied on the wafer sheet during baking process.Unless the sheets are cooled smoothly,it tents to break even for a small impact during further processing of the wafer due to heat stress .
4. This machine also called stress-reliving machine .This is an impoved systerm according to your requirement increasing width&height of the carry arms .All parts that contact the food are made out of stainless steel .
