Details of the e paper for paper cup :
The first step: PE coating
We should coate the paper with PE, so the paper will not bacome soft when it come across the water. If the e paper is double PE coated paper, then it can hold both hot and icy drink.
If the e paper is just single pe paper for paper cup , it can not hold icy drink. Because the air is hot, and the icy air and hot air will make water when they get togheher. sigle PE coated paper has no PE on the outside, so water will make the outside soft.
The second step: pe paper for paper cup printing
When finish e paper coating, what we should do is to print the e paper for paper cup .
I this step, the color and the design is decided by the client.
