Silos available in Hopper Bottom or Flat Bottom designs

•Hopper Bottom silos in capacities from 10 tonnes to 2,000 tonnes

Features of Steel hopper bottom silos:

Advantage: Automatic-flow unloading, save resources and costs, Hopper angles can be 45° and 60°; Could be movable; 

easily to be installed. Do not need a serious concrete, labor and energy cost; less grain residues in 

steel grain silo;Hopper structure prevents loss of time and money during the unloading period.

Disadvantege: The silos cost higher than flat bottom type

Features of Bulk feed silos: 

Nice appearance; small volume; simple structure 

Such small silos are used widely in poultry farms.

Small capacity can satisfy with daily feeding requirement.

Even they can be installed inside of workshop.

For silo loading,users can fill silos by inclined movable screw or belt conveyor.

Features of Flat bottom silos:

Advantage: It is popular with its simple structure, large capacity,various ways of unloading. Easy 

for maintenance and repair; There are many ways of unloading, such as multi-spot unloading, sweep auger and manual cleaning etc.

Disadvantage: Complex foundation construction, the cost of this part shall be higher; More grain 

residues on steel grain silo bottom.
