1.SOLID: Gantry support,the base bed of which is durable with overall casting without causing deformation to ensure high location precision. HIWIN linear square rail and two-rank and four-row rolling ball slides. Double motors driven synchronously are set on Y axis. Gear and rack transmission high precision of 0.05mm is employed on X and Y.
2.TOP PARTS: Rolling ball screw from Germany, YAKO stepper motor and subdivide driver drivers, imported air-cooled motor spindle, vaccum table.
3.EASY CONTROL: Adopt DSP operating system with advanced USB port off-line of computer is built-in 128M memory capacity which can save 30 processing files simultaneously. Break point system, Auto-feeding blades, friendly design.
4.SOFTWARE COMPATIBLE: The system has high compatibility for different CAD/CAM software such as type3/UG/Solidworks/AutoCAD,etc.
5.VARIOUS APPLICATION: It is widely used to process various advertisement plates, bill plates, breasplate, construction model, acrylic, wooden handicraft, and etc. It is also suitable to engrave different metal or nonmetallic materials such as iron, aluminum, plastic plate, woody plate, and so on.
