1.Strong welded tubular steel frame and gantry moving mode, suitably strengthened the rigidity that keeps stable and longtime work.
2. Y axis of CNC Router is equipped with double motors to keep stable moving.3. Powerful, cost-effective solutions for a wide variety of large-area applications including milling, drilling, contouring, and routing.
3. Gear transmission. Provide Positive Drive without slip, with high speed, high torque & high power.
4. Taiwan Hiwin square linear guide way with four-point contact design, enable to bear various direction loading, which can ensure better load handling, together with steady movement to provide better mechanical precision.
5. Original Imported Italian HSD spindle, original bearings. Air-cooling the motor, forceful, with high concentricity and verticality . Long service life, stable operation .
6. Taiwan Delta inverter, adjustable V/F curve and simple vector control, 16 big microprocessor controlled PWM output, automatic torque boost& slip compensation... low noise, highly ensure the spindle working ability.
7. Taiwan Delta/Japanese Panasonic/Yaskawa AC servo driving system for you to choose.Closed-loop circuitry . Efficient. Capable of accelerating loads. Little noise. Change to Stepper driving is also available .
8. DSP offline control system with advance USB interface which can ensure convenient and long-distance operating machine-off of computer.
