TD-200 Series bracket flyer body is made of high strength aluminium alloy, and the roving channel is made of closed atainless steel pipe, which avoids some problems on normal aluminium flyer, such as easy abrasion, easy hitching fly and difficult cleaning, and on previous steel flyer, such as easy distortion and rusting.
The fine-cast stainless steel presser obtains the high roughness above Ras<0.4μm after the fine treatment. It ensures a consistent shape of all pressers on one machine and the same friction coefficient, and minimizes the difference of elongation and end breaking caused by the fluctuation of spinning tension. The special processed polythethan false twisting level. It can most sufficiently decrease the end breaking and the difference of roving elongation, and increase the roving quality.
TD-200 Series flyer has proved its features, after its operation in nationwide textile mills, in high quality and yield since it came out. Especially the closed bracket flyer has more significant effect in reducing roving hairiness and yarn faults, compared with the previous aluminium and steel flyers of A454 and A456 roving Frames.
The closed bracket flyer has less sensitivity to temprature and humidity, and the breaking can be reduced with a most effective false twister. Therefore the yarn faults caused by entanglement of broken can be reduced, meanwhile the roving quality and yield be significantly increased.
