Brief Introduction
1. P6 Polyfoam Machining Center is impressed by a U shaped high rigidity structure, which was stress relieved in a rigorous thermal treatment and bolstered by a stable one-piece steel base.
2. Original Italian-made electro-spindle 4HP-18HP air cooled with a Max 24,000 RPM, the ideal power for high speed machining.
3. Japan Servo motors plus planetary gearboxes transmission assembly is designed for high volume applications where cycle times need to be kept to a minimum and the servo drive can help to boost productivity.
4. OSAI control system from Europe. Intelligent control and processing speed cross-border protection. Intelligent control the processing speed, move speed, tool down speed respectively, greatly raise the quality of processed products and efficiency.
