please note that turnaround time varies from clothing to clothing as well as season. i can provide estimately date below:
1. 1000pcs can be delivered within 7~10 days
2. it can be negotiated if you need more than 1000pcs
Can I amend my order after it is placed?
1. "Yes" for samples, if the samples are ready, we are willing to make second samples to you.
2. "No" for mass production, if the sizes are confirmed before mass production, and we already start production.
Can I cancel my order?
you could cancel the order before payment is made, After payments received, it can't be cancelled.
Can I add sleeves or suggest any other changes to the clothing?
Yes you can suggest changes for your bespoke clothing, simply email us with the changes you would like before we making samples, and our designer will review and inform you of their expert recommendations, we will also inform you if the changes are cost effective or if the price will alter, if the price remains the same, then we will do it as per your demand, if the price alters however, then we'll send an invoice directly to your email and let you confirm it.
Is it safe if I place an order to you?
