function and characteristics

♥ This machine is used to fold or plate the web into multi-layers after carding into the required width    

     and product weight

♥  from here, the batt of material is ready to transfer to the next process,

     for example: to needle loom or to the oven.

♥  All cross lapper aprons are driven separately, forward and reverse movement is controlled accurately      

     by PLC and this allows for easy adjustment.

♥  Automatic correction system

♥  The reciprocal motion is controlled by inverter drive and all components are sealed against oil leakage.

♥  The cross lapper utilizes PLC interface by touch screen and PLC programmable controller to make                

      operating parameters and conditions easy to change, repeat or maintain.
