Features:

1 The machine is welded with square steel tube, which has excellent stability and long life.

2  X and Y axis adopt rack and pinion transmission.Dust prooof structure on X axis.

3 Z axis adopts ball screw transimission.

4 Lubrication system on rails.

5 Software compatability: CAD/DAM design software eg. Type3/CorelDraw/Artcam/Castmate,etc. It can run on Windows XP/2000,32bits.

6 It has function of recarving/resuming after tool breakage, temporary pause and power failure. It has Memery to capture processing point. (DSP can capture 6 this break point when the tool or blade is broken or insituation of postponement, or of power failure.(only DSP can resume from power failure)

7 It has intelligent protection for working table to prevent damage. Our solution is to put a 5 mm MDF board on top of  T-slot&vacuum table.

8 It has function of forecasting processing time.

9 It adopts advanced DSP system, with USB interface, for convenient ooperation. The engraver is capable of working completely off-line without any computer resources. Flas Memery 128 MB.

10 It has an independent control box.

11 Vacuum table with enough vacuum zones, which can hold different size of material. It is also very convenient to fix the material by clamp.
