Machine Characters
1. Whole cast iron machine bed, cast aluminum gantry with dustproof system, under impact resistance beam
more stronger, higher cutting engraving precision.
2. Imported high quality ball screw, precision segmentation, to achieve the high precision engraving.
3. Adopt imported linear square guide rail (Hiwin, Taiwan, diameter 20mm) or linear square guide rail, with the high precision,ensure machine frame much stability and durability.
4. Using the Leadshine AC driver and 86BYG high power step motor , makes the machine run smoothly, and higher efficiency .
5. The Optional 1.5kw/ 2.2kw/ 3.2kw water cooling spindle motor adopt highspeed water frequency conversion brushless motors from domestic famous manufacturer .not only can cut vigorously, but also can engrave with great precision.
6. NcStudio control, connect with the desktop computer, showing the processing path, estimate the processing time, high stability, high efficiency, easy to learn.
7. Double independent Z-axis , and 2 pcs 4th axis rotary axis, diameter 80mm, working length 1200mm, imporving the efficiency.
8. Auto tool calibration, helping to set the tools
9. Continuing working after the break point/power failure, lower the rejection rate.
10. Good software compatibility, can compatible with the Artcam/Type3/Ucancam/JDPaint such CAD/CAM software, 2D/3D processing, more convenient to using.
