Wire-retracting spring is also called the power spring or the spiral spring , which is made by the steel ribbon, it can be divided into the natural type power spring and the prestress force type power spring due to its relaxed shape. The natural type power spring is made directly by the wrapped steel,  while the prestressed force type power spring will finalize the shape first, then reverse the direction into a spiral shape, its shape after spread out just looks like the letter S , hence it is also known as the S shaped spring. 
When we use the spiral spring, we need to use a case to confine its outer diameter, the middle of the spring is connected to the line shaft. Once the line shaft and the spring do relative rotation by the external force, the spring will be rolled onto the line shaft and store power. After the external force disappears, the spring generates torque force to drive the line shaft, and output the storage power via the line shaft at the same time. 
Comparing under the same specification spring, the prestress force type can store more torque force of  25%~40% , it can provide more rotation turns under the same space.

2. We'll communicate with you again about if there is a need for sample making after your approval.

3. Production time of samples: 3 days for simple samples and 7 to 10 days for complicated samples which need mold open.

4. For customers of first cooperation, we can make a proof for free to show our capacity and high efficiency service to you. As for particularly complicated samples, we will communicate with you separately.

5. Mass production delivery: usually delivery time is 10-15 days, but we can try 7-10 days if it is a rush order. It depends on production plan if it's a sizable order.

6. Packaging: as to complicated products, we can special design based on your packing requirement.

7.Our freight advantage:

  a) If you are worrying about freight trouble because of your small quantity goods, it will be the best choice to use express. We will offer you the cheaper express price than the official UPS or DHL; for example, 100kg goods only need 6usd/kg and 50kg goods only 7usd/kg. If you just place an order for 1000pcs, you only need to pay very little express charges and gain the fastest delivery.
