3. Packing System composition
3.1 LCS-ZZ-25 Weigher
Adopting Japan NSK bearing, outside placing bearing, avoiding dust into the bearing, easy to maintain.
Adopting Intelligent material feeding structure, Free falling, controlling by the PLC.
Pneumatic clamp bag holder structure.
Using USA Sensors Systoms, IL series weighing sensor.
Controlling system: Control cabinet, Solenoid valve, Proximity switch, XK3201 PLC, PANTHER Weighing terminal,Isolation transformer.
Main function:
Automatic/manual weighing, self-lock. Manual weighing is used to checking the machine, automatic weighing is normal working way.
Product feeding speed adjustable.
Automatic counting packaged bags, display on the screen.
TraxDSPTM Anti vibration technology.
Weight checking and alarm, if the weighing accuracy is beyond 0.2%. It will alarm.
