2. Characteristics and Application:
HT-S312 is a new-style organo clay. It has the features of high dispersion,input without powder. It is suitable for low, medium and high polarity system, dispersed no need for polar activators and high cutting.It has good sag resistance, and has desirable thickening especially in styrene and alcohols.
It is used as thickening agent in solvent coating, sealant and as thixotropic agent in casting,thick resin and oil primer drilling mud.It is better than aerosil in unsaturated resin and epoxy resin. Can reduce costing and increase thixotropy.
HT-S312 can add directly in any production moment.No need for polar activator,the dispersion speed is above 400rpm. It also can be added by 10% glue.For example in styrene, xylene,200#solvent naphtha and other solvents or component solvent, the product has the features of low viscosity,and high thixotropy.
Rate of use in coating is generally 0.2-0.6%. Special service use in hand brei unsaturated resin is generally 0.5-1.5%.
3. Packaging and storage
Kraft bag interior with PE, or valve bags are used. The normal package is 25±0.25kg/bag, or according to customer demands. Keep it in dry places with temperatures of 0℃~30℃. The quality guarantee period is 24months
