Q: How can I confirm what kind of ink I should buy?

A: Check if all the following 3 points match: 
(1) What is the brand and model for printer and print head? 
(2). What material would you want to print on? 
(3). What is the whole printing process flow?

Q: How should I do if my customer said "the printer supplier will provide no guarantee if I didn't use their ink"?

A: We understand that the customer's concern is reasonable. Because, bad ink will cause break lines, block print head, 
even damage print head, main board. We understand these valid concerns, we are also responsible in the ink quality 
we provide. 
What should we do? First, we have to ask the customer: Which printer brand and model and which print head brand and model 
are they using? What data is needed where their printer will pass a guaranteed period? Tell us these two answers, and the service team will give a perfect solution for you.

Q: I just want to buy an ink that customers can add to their printers, similar to the original inks. Is it possible for your inks?

A: inks can act 99% like the original inks with the right information. But we can't mix inks with 
any other ink brands, include original. (Some model can mix with original, so please ask us.) And don't mix inks with other 
materials too. Mixing may cause reactions between the two inks, precipitatation, and then cause blocking.

Q: I already tested some other inks, and I refilled into my sponge cartridges, but I get break lines.

A: Bad printing performance is related to ink quality, cartridge structure and material, and print media. If we want to 
compare two inks, please make sure the cartridge and print media is the same and good quality. One of our customers 
told us he was seeing break lines after testing HP364 ink. But we already offered this ink to ink cartridge factories for 
several months. After testing the customer's cartridges, we identified that it was the problem of the cartridge sponge. After change a
cartridge, ink works excellent.

Q: I just know my application, could you please suggest us suitable ink and printer?

A:Yes, no problem. Just tell us your application, we will suggest you several possible solutions and discuss with you to choose a best suitable one.

Q:I want you do test your ink with the printer I said, and on the printing media I said, is it possible?

A: Yes, it is possible. We will do test printing on your request, and show you video of printing, and video of how the sample sheets looks. And we can send the sample sheets material by express to you if you want. If you think excellent, you can feel free to test our ink.
