LRS6 type emulsifying bitumen machine is a new product developed and manufactured by our company after constantly pursueing new crafts and improving the old as well as taking users’ advices and needs into consideration. Under standard conditions, its rated productivity is 6t/h.

Main parts of the machine: one main machine body; one hot-water tank; one emulsion agigator tank; one bitumen tank; one finished material storage tank(for transitory purpose); one speed-adjustable bitumen tank; one speed-adjustable emulsion pump; one emulsifying machine; one finished material conveying pump; one electric control desk and related heating pipes of thermal conduct oil,bitumen conveying pipes and emulsion liquid conveying pipes.
Main structure of the machine: this machine is integral structure to facilitate the transportation and installation. What’s more, the overall dimension of the largest part can meet the requirement of a 40GP container.
Operating principle of the machine: this is to perfect the ratio of bitumen and emulsion. There are two transducers to regulate the rotate speed of the bitumen pump and emulsion pump to control the output quantity respectively. Then the bitumen will be grinded and sheared by emulsifying machine into small particles suspended in the emulsion liquid, forming emulsified bitumen which can be used at site.
