Hydraulic glass door hinge
Hydraulic glass hinge for maximum 80kg Door Per Pair, allowing slow and smooth door closing, with adjustable closing speed.
We developed this new and highly functional hydraulic hinge for max. glass door weight 80kgs/pair to allow the glass door to close slowly and smoothly between 4-15 seconds, the closing speed is adjustable. It's totally hassle free without digging a hole on the floor, simply mounting the hinge to wall or side frame, glass to glass mounting is also available. It offers much better aesthetics compared to floor closer + patch fittings:
SPECIAL FEATURES:
- Elegant alternative to floor closer, easier and cheaper installation (no need for a cement hole on the ground), and no maintenance costs.
- Self-closing hinge with genuine hydraulic bumper, patent structure with no risk of losing buffer from sudden pushing or wind-blowing upon closing.
- Easy and effective adjustment ± 10° after door is installed when door is not lined up with side panel or frame.
- Hold-open 75-90° , self closing at 70 ±5 degree, and door closing precisely at 0°.
- Adjustable closing speed 4-15 seconds.
- Maximum loading capacity: 100kg per pair of hinge.
- For glass thickness 8-12mm, and max. door width 1,000mm.
- Aluminum cover to conceal screw holes, cover in brushed aluminum anodized or brushed SS like finish.
- International patent pending.
