Q1: How many cup bottoms/handles( paper roll) are needed for 1ton cup body (cutted & printed PE coated paper cup fan)?
A1: It depends on cup size and thickness. Normally, the proportion of paper cups below 12 oz is about 4:1 ( that is 4 ton paper cup fan need about 1 ton paper roll). And the proportion of paper cups above 12 oz is about 3:1 ( that is 3 ton paper cup fan need about 1 ton paper roll). This is just for reference! Please inquiry details!
Q4: Can you provide paper cups design to us?
A4: Yes, we can! On the one hand, we have ready-made designs, they can be sent for your reference if you require; on the other hand, if you
have any ideas,we can also design the artwork according to your requirements.
Q5: Can you provide samples before orders?
A5: No problem. Please tell me the size and thickness of the paper you need, then samples will be ready to send accordingly.By the way, it would be great if you can give me your cup fan die-cutting drawing, so that we can make cup fan samples exactly according to your size, and after that, you can put them into your machines to test directly.
Q6: How is your printing?
A6: We use no smell food grade flexo printing.
