Equipped with a hexagonal mixing shaft as standard design, which has optimized torsional and bending strength.
Hexagonal mixing shaft is convenient for arranging the position of mixing arm, making it from a spiral layout and
reducer the best mixing effect.
Worm wheel and worm reducer
Two heavy duty imported
reducers are specially customized for the mixer.Its structure makes it have long service life and
predominant efficiency of higher than 92%.All the shock brought by quick loading of full-load restarting can be easily and safely buffered and absorbed.
Shaft seal
Shaft seal adopts imported reliable axial seal and all sealing parts are easy to be removed and replaced .It is
also for bad work conditions for daily maintenance.
Discharge gate
The discharge device is designed as arc shape ,simple in sealing structure but with significant performance and
functions.Discharge gate can be opened of different stages, especially suitable for delivery to truck mixer.In
special application ,a large-scale discharge gate can be used to accelerate discharging speed.
Bearing of mixing shaft
The bearing is especially designed as an entirely separate part from shaft seal.If the shaft seal is damaged unexpectedly ,
the bearing will not be damaged .In addition ,this design facilitates the maintenance and replacement of shaft seal
