6. Would you have your own design team to design watches per our request? 

A: Of course! We have professional designers to design new watches per your request, such as if you can send us your logo we will put the logo on and offer CAD about the engineering drawing. 

7. What about the warranty?

A: Firstly, 2 years for Japan Movt warranty. Secondly, if you want to see closely and test the quality, we also offer sample to customers, after you order mass production to us, we can return the sample costs to you. About custom watch, we can accept 30% deposit at first, after we finished all, take photos to you, then you pay the surplus 70% payment before shipping. Thirdly, we are very confident about products, and we pack them very well, so usually  you receive your order in good condition, but to avoid any subsequent trouble regarding quality issue, we suggest that you check the watches once you receive them, and let us know the details if there is any demaged ones, so that we can deal with it accordingly and immediately. If finally it is our problem, such as in stock watches, we can make up the watches about no working for free to you in your next order or you only pay the shipping, the watches are free to you in the first order, but the first thing is you need to offer us enough evidence to proof that is our problem, such as you can take a video to send to us.
