Expanding joint
When changing the 'CORE',firstly, tighten the relief valve knob to 'ON' position,then pump handle to the end.turn around the 'CORE' until its slot aimed to the screw inside expander tool, pull it out. Secondly, change a new 'CORE',aim its slot to the screw in expander tool,pull it in and turn 180 degree. Loosen relief valve to 'OFF' position to finish.
